These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the IRGO BALL website operated by NOYA WORLDWIDE MEDIA B.V.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

IRGO BALL is designed as a throwing ball for recreational use.

It is not:

  • A chew toy

  • A continuous gnawing toy

  • A dodgeball

  • Intended to be thrown at people or animals

The product must be used responsibly and as intended.

Improper use, misuse, or intentional harm caused by using the product is solely the responsibility of the user.

We are not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper or irresponsible use.

Use of the product is entirely at your own risk.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

We offer the payment methods available on our Shopify store at the time of purchase. This may include third-party payment providers such as Klarna.

Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide from The Netherlands.

Estimated delivery times:

  • The Netherlands: 2–3 business days

  • Europe: up to 7 business days

  • Worldwide: up to 14 business days

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Free shipping applies to orders above €25.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving the product in accordance with EU consumer law.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be in original condition

  • The product must be returned within 14 days

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure.

7. Bundles

Bundle offers are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOYA WORLDWIDE MEDIA B.V is not liable for:

  • Misuse of the product

  • Improper handling

  • Intentional damage

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and appropriate use.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, branding, and logos, is the intellectual property of NOYA WORLDWIDE MEDIA B.V and may not be used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
